  • Google Account Information: When you sign up through Google Sign-In, we collect your Google email address, name, and profile information that Google shares with us.
  • Reference Images: Photos you upload to use as reference for AI generation.
  • Payment Information: Payment details are collected and processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. We do not store your complete credit card information on our servers.

2.2 Automatically Collected Information

  • Usage Data: Information about how you use our Service, including access times, pages viewed, and features used.
  • Device Information: Information about the device you use to access our Service, including IP address, browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
  • Cookies and Similar Technologies: We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information.

2.3 Generated Content

We store all AI-generated images created through our Service for the duration specified in our Terms of Service.

3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use the information we collect to:

  • Process your payments and manage your account

4. DATA RETENTION

4.1 30-Day Retention Period

We retain your account data, including reference images and generated images, for 30 days from account creation or last activity. After this period, your data may be automatically deleted from our systems.

4.2 Manual Deletion

You may delete your account and all associated data at any time through the Profile tab in our application. Upon deletion, all your personal data will be permanently removed from our systems.

4.3 Payment Records

We may retain certain payment and transaction records as required by law for tax and accounting purposes, even after account deletion.

5. HOW WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

5.1 Service Providers

We share your information with third-party service providers who perform services on our behalf:

  • Authentication Services: Google (for Google Sign-In)
  • Payment Processing: Stripe (for payment processing)
  • AI Services: Third-party AI providers for image generation
  • Cloud Storage: Cloud service providers for storing your images

5.2 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your information if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities.

5.3 Business Transfers

8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

9. THIRD-PARTY AI SERVICES

We use third-party artificial intelligence services to generate images. Your reference images and prompts are shared with these AI service providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested images. These providers have their own privacy policies governing the use of data, and we encourage you to review them.

10. COOKIES AND TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to track activity on our Service and store certain information. You can instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, if you do not accept cookies, you may not be able to use some portions of our Service.
